Satellite Systems

Satellite Communication plays a vital role in day today activities of our life. Nowadays in many homes, antennas or dishes are used for reception of satellite television. Satellites are having unique features than other communication means, because they can cover the entire earth and able to link many users simultaneously, they provide communications to remote areas , which are very difficult to access by other means, it is effective only where the system is in continuous use, they serve meteorological remote sensing, military, weather monitoring and domestic purposes. Satellites in U.S are classified based on their type of application such as International system (Intelsat), Domestic satellite (Dom sat), and U.S National oceanographic and atmospheric administrations (NOAA).
