Sinus headache
Ninety percent of patients who believe they suffer from sinus headaches actually have migraines, concludes a study at American clinic. And because sufferers wrongly believe their headaches are sinus-related, they may be taking too much over-the-counter sinus medication, says study a leader and neurologist. While most participants took some form of medication, only nine percent were taking migraine-specific drugs such as triptans.
